If I could give 10 stars I would. Michael went above and beyond. Our A/C had been out for over 2 days before our warranty company was able to assign a contractor. I am so glad they assigned SubZero. Michael was able to find and repair the refrigerent leak, refill it and did a leak trace along the entire line to ensure no other leaks, identified a missing piece and installed it, cleaned the outdoor unit as well as cleaned up old water from a previous failure that was never cleaned from a previous contractor. If that wasn't enough, the earliest he was going to be able to get out here was over 5 days, but immediately rearranged to 2 days when I told him some of our medical issues that make having a broken AC in the southern Texas summer dangerous, then as luck would have it he had a cancelation and was able to get out to my house today, the day American Home Shield assigned him. He spent 5 hours going above and beyond to make sure our AC system was fixed and operating at peak condition. If we have another issue I will absolutely ensure that AHS assigns SubZero. Can't ask for better service than we received today!
